TEHRAN (IRNA) -- Minister of Defense and Logistics of Armed Forces Brigadier General Mostafa Mohammad Najjar said on Wednesday that U.S. hypocrisy is doomed to fail and that it would be advisable for the American people to force their administration to dealing with global issues rationally.

According to the Public Relations Department of Defense Ministry, the defense minister made the remarks in his speech to people of Gonbad.

Those who masterminded military coups in the past, the White House officials are now shedding tears of crocodile for democracy and human rights while the world nations can no longer be deceived by such gestures, he said.

Elsewhere in his speech, he said the decisive role of Iranian combatants during 8-years of sacred defense was the root cause of enemies' defeat.

The Iranian armed forces are now in full combat readiness, underlined the minister.

There is no doubt that with such a high morale and active presence of the Iranian nation in all scenes, no power in the world would dare to launch any attack on the country, concluded the minister.
